A bespoke program to explore cyclical awareness and reconnect with your natural rhythms.

This guided one-month programme offers a deeper exploration of cycle awareness and how working with your natural rhythms can support wellbeing, emotional balance, and sustainable energy.

Through a series of one-to-one sessions, we explore how your cycle may influence your energy, creativity, needs, and decision-making.

The programme provides a calm and supportive space to reflect on where you are in life and to begin creating supportive rhythms for your health, work, creativity, leadership, and family life.

The four inner seasons
Understanding the archetypal phases of the cycle and how they influence energy, mood, communication, and creativity.

Cycle syncing
Learning how to work with your natural rhythms rather than pushing against them.

Cycle awareness diary
Developing a simple way to observe patterns in energy, emotions, and wellbeing and plan for them!

Energy management
Recognising where your energy rises and falls and how to support it more sustainably, particularly important in perimenopause.

Self-care action plan
Identifying supportive practices that can help reduce stress, premenstrual tension, and burnout.

Creativity mapping
Exploring how intuitive and creative energy may change throughout the cycle.

Every programme is personalised, so the focus of each session is shaped around your own experiences, questions, and intentions.
